IPzentra cookie policy
Cookie policy
Last updated 3 October 2026
This IPzentra cookie policy explains how Astrizon Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on ipzentra.com, the dashboard at app.ipzentra.com and the API at api.ipzentra.com. This IPzentra cookie policy forms part of our privacy policy.
1. The IPzentra cookie policy in brief
- The public website sets no cookies. You can read every page on ipzentra.com without anything being stored in your browser.
- The dashboard uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in and to protect its forms. It is not used to track you.
- The API sets no cookies. Requests are authenticated with your API key instead.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, social media plugins or device fingerprinting.
- No consent banner is needed, because strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. If that ever changes, we will ask you first.
The rest of the IPzentra cookie policy explains each point in detail.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser so it can recognise your browser on a later request. Similar technologies include browser local storage, tracking pixels and device fingerprinting. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
3. Cookies we use
| Cookie | Where | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
IPZSESS | app.ipzentra.com, set by us (first party) | Keeps you signed in to the dashboard and protects its forms against cross-site request forgery. It holds only a random identifier. | Strictly necessary | Until you log out or close your browser |
The cookie is set when you open the login or signup page, because those forms are protected too. Your account details stay on our servers in Bengaluru, India, and are never stored in the cookie. It is marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, so it is sent only over HTTPS, cannot be read by scripts on the page and is not sent with requests started by other websites.
No other cookies are set on ipzentra.com, app.ipzentra.com or api.ipzentra.com.
4. What we do not use
- Analytics or statistics cookies, including Google Analytics.
- Advertising, retargeting or affiliate tracking cookies and pixels.
- Social media buttons or embedded content that sets cookies.
- Device fingerprinting, or browser storage used to identify you.
- Third-party fonts or scripts. Everything on our pages is served from our own servers, so no other company learns about your visit.
Rate limits and spam protection run on our servers, using the IP address of each request. They store nothing on your device, and the privacy policy explains how long that information is kept.
5. Cookies set by payment providers
When you subscribe, you are taken to our payment partner's secure page, such as Stripe or Pine Labs. On their own pages they may set cookies needed to process the payment and prevent fraud. Those cookies are controlled by the payment provider under its own cookie and privacy policies, and we do not receive them.
6. Your rights by region
European Union, EEA and United Kingdom
Under the ePrivacy rules and the GDPR, and in the UK under PECR and the UK GDPR, cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for do not need consent. Our session cookie is in that category. The EU is reviewing its cookie rules as part of the Digital Omnibus proposal, and we will update this policy if the changes affect how we work.
India
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, we use the session cookie only for the specific purpose of letting you use the dashboard you signed up for, and for nothing else. You can stop it at any time by logging out, and you can exercise your rights or raise a grievance as set out in our privacy policy.
California and other US states
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, we do not sell or share personal information, including for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use cookies for those purposes. There is therefore nothing to opt out of, and no "Do Not Sell or Share" link is needed. The same applies under similar privacy laws in other US states.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of selling or sharing. Because we never sell or share personal information or use tracking cookies, your experience is the same whether or not your browser sends GPC or Do Not Track.
Nothing in the IPzentra cookie policy limits your rights under our privacy policy or applicable law.
7. Managing cookies in your browser
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block cookies for app.ipzentra.com you will not be able to log in, because the session cookie is needed to keep you signed in. Blocking cookies has no effect on ipzentra.com, which sets none.
Browser help pages: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
8. Changes to the IPzentra cookie policy
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, such as analytics, we will update the IPzentra cookie policy first and ask for your consent with a clear choice before that cookie is set. For other changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
