Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Astrizon Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") for the use of the IPzentra website, dashboard and API (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

1. The Service

IPzentra provides information about IP addresses, such as country, network, hosting and anonymity signals, through an API and a web dashboard.

2. Your account and API keys

• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys secret, and for all use made with them. Tell us straight away if you suspect misuse.
• Each account may have up to 3 active API keys.

3. Free trial

• The free trial lasts 20 days and includes 100 lookups per day.
• One trial is available per company email domain, for life. Personal email addresses are not eligible.
• Creating extra accounts to obtain more trials is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
• No payment details are needed for the trial, and nothing is charged when it ends.

4. Subscription and payment

• The Pro plan costs US$10 per month, or the equivalent in Indian rupees shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes such as GST.
• Subscriptions paid by card renew automatically each month until cancelled. Other payment methods may cover a fixed period that you renew yourself.
• Usage limits for each plan are shown on our pricing page. Requests above your limits are refused until the limit resets.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.
• Cancellations and refunds are covered by our cancellation and refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, including unlawful surveillance, discrimination or tracking of individuals;
• resell, redistribute or bulk-copy our data to build a competing database or service;
• try to get around rate limits, trial rules or security measures, or share keys outside your organisation;
• interfere with or overload the Service, or try to access systems you are not authorised to use.

IP data indicates likelihood, not certainty. Do not use it as the only basis for decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on a person.

6. Data sources and accuracy

Our results combine third-party and public data, including IP geolocation data by IPLocate.io, licensed CC BY-SA 4.0. IP data changes constantly, so we cannot guarantee that every result is complete or correct.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless agreed in writing. We may improve or change features; if we remove a feature you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service, our software, documentation and brand. You may use API results within your own products and operations under these terms. You keep all rights in your own data.

9. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, fail to pay, or put the Service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.

10. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these terms, and to the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims and costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
