Privacy policy

This policy explains how Astrizon Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit ipzentra.com or use the IPzentra dashboard and API (together, the "Service").

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Astrizon Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, Electronic City Phase II, Banglore Karnataka 560099, India. You can reach us at support@ipzentra.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, company, work email address and a securely hashed password.
• Billing data: your plan, payment status and payment records. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on our payment partners' pages; we never see or store full card numbers.
• API usage data: your API keys, the number of requests you make each day and when you make them.
• IP addresses you submit for lookup: processed only to return a result. They are held in short-lived caches for up to one hour and in our server logs for up to 14 days, and are not used for anything else.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, recorded in server logs for security and kept for up to 14 days.

3. Cookies

The public website sets no cookies. The dashboard uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are downloaded.

4. How we use your data

• To create and run your account and provide the Service.
• To process payments and keep accounting and tax records.
• To send service emails such as verification, password reset, trial and billing notices.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To protect the Service against abuse, including enforcing one free trial per company domain.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with providers that help us run the Service, under terms that protect it:

• DigitalOcean, which hosts our servers in Bengaluru, India.
• Postmark, which delivers our service emails.
• Our payment partners, such as Pine Labs and Stripe, when you subscribe.
• Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on our pages.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid order from a court or government authority.

6. Transfers outside India

Some of our providers process data outside India, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.

7. How long we keep data

• Account data: while your account is active, and for up to 12 months after you close it.
• Billing records: as long as tax and accounting laws require, currently up to 8 years.
• Server logs: up to 14 days. Lookup caches: up to one hour.
• Contact messages: up to 24 months.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) throughout, store passwords only as salted hashes, encrypt stored service credentials, restrict server access and keep our systems up to date. No system is perfectly secure, so we also monitor for misuse and act quickly on any incident.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for people in the European Union or United Kingdom, the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. You can update most account details yourself in the dashboard. For anything else, email support@ipzentra.com. We reply within 30 days.

10. Grievance officer

11. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email before the changes take effect.
